By entering SmashRx, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during your visit. These images may be used on our website, social media, or promotional materials to show off how much fun our guests have. If you prefer not to be included, please notify staff at check-in and we’ll make sure your privacy is respected.

We use standard security measures to protect the information we collect. While no online system is 100% foolproof, we do our part to keep your data safe and confidential.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use basic cookies for functionality (like remembering your booking info). We do not use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old without parental consent. Minors must have a guardian present to participate.
