Welcome to SmashRx — your place to rage, create, and escape responsibly. By booking or participating in any SmashRx activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once a booking or package is confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused time. Reschedules may be considered with adequate notice at SmashRx’s discretion.

2. Waiver Requirement

All participants must sign a liability waiver before entering any rage room, paint room, escape room, or VR area. Minors (ages 13–17) must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver on their behalf. No waiver, no entry — no exceptions.

3. Safety First

Closed-toe shoes and proper attire are required.
Protective gear must be worn at all times while participating in rage or paint room activities.
Any individual under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry without refund.

4. Outside Items

No outside food or drinks are permitted inside activity areas.
No outside breakables or personal items are allowed for safety and liability reasons. All smashable items are provided by SmashRx.

5. Personal Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any reckless or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. Respect our staff and your fellow participants — we want everyone to enjoy their stress relief, not cause more of it.

6. Privacy Policy

SmashRx values your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process bookings and communicate with customers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely to manage your SmashRx experience.

7. Photos & Marketing

By entering SmashRx, you grant permission for any photos or videos taken during your visit to be used for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out in writing at check-in.

8. Facility Rules

Follow staff instructions at all times.
Do not enter restricted areas.
All activities must be completed within your reserved time slot.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation is at your own risk. SmashRx and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or lost property resulting from participation in activities on-site. You acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with these experiences.

10. Policy Updates

SmashRx reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page.
